  1. Q Family

I wired my entire house with the Cat6 Shielded Riser Cable and this stuff is awesome. Since it’s shielded it’s as thick as the RG6 Quad Shield Cable.

This cable is much better than the CAT 5e. Because the cable is thicker (heavier), it is engineered to carry more data for longer distances. I have used it in my home to increase connectivity and it has worked great. The only downside to this product is that it is a little more challenging to attach the connectors on the ends of the cable length. The cable, however, is well worth the effort.
