7. Our Returns Policy

We stand behind our products with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that in certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@tscables.com.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items being shipped over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we do not monitor, control, or have any input into.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
