- There is a 30-day return window
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Only unused and undamaged items are eligible for return.

Special Orders Return Policy

Special Order Items are products that are custom manufactured, specially sourced, or procured specifically to meet a customer's unique requirements. As these items are produced or purchased exclusively for the customer and are not part of our regular inventory.
Special Order Items are non-refundable and non-returnable, once the order has been confirmed and production or procurement has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. By placing an order for a Special Order Item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on all CAT5E, CAT6, and CAT6A Plenum Rated Cables to destinations within the U.S. mainland.
