Built for High-Volume Splicing
A 12-strand cable means twelve strips, twelve cleaves, and twelve splices. Semi-tight buffers cut the stripping step down to one pass per fiber. Across a project with dozens of panels, that saves hours of labor.
Full TIA-598 Color Sequence
The fibers run blue, orange, green, brown, slate, white, red, black, yellow, violet, rose, and aqua. They line up directly with a standard 12-fiber cable and a 12-port SC panel. Port records stay accurate for future technicians.
Bend-Insensitive Single-Mode
G.657.A1 fiber supports a 10 mm minimum bend radius. ITU-T caps the added loss at 0.25 dB at 1550 nm for ten turns around a 15 mm radius. Twelve fibers coiled in one tray stay well within their budget.
Long-Distance Ready
OS2 glass carries 1310 and 1550 nm light with very low attenuation. It supports long-reach Ethernet, DWDM transport, and carrier circuits. Short pigtails add only a fraction of a decibel, including the splice.
Full Spectrum for CWDM and DWDM
G.657.A1 fiber shares the low-water-peak profile of G.652.D. That means it supports transmission across the 1260 to 1625 nm range, including all CWDM channels. Carriers can stack multiple wavelengths on a single strand, which multiplies capacity without pulling new cable.
